During my career have given me great satisfactions and challenges.
My culinary root is definitely French with an influence from living in many Latin countries; Mexico being one of them.
I have worked as chef in different prestigious hotels (small luxury hotels), international chains, independent hotels, television shows, individual restaurants, and chains as Corporate Chef for Latin America. In these locations, my challenge was to keep the cuisine flavors at their best and comply with the gastronomic demands of each place.
I have participated in a large amount of gastronomical festivals around the world; like Hanoi, Santiago de Chile, France, USA, Mexico, among others.
In March, 2011, I was named Maître cusinier de France, Vice-Conseiller Gastronomique Chaîne des Rôtisseurs Chapitre, Cozumel 2012. I am part of Les Toques Blanche for Riviera Maya and Cozumel since 2007 and a member of Les Toques Blanche of Paris since 2001.

Currently, I am the General Manager of the Hotel Cozumeleño Beach Resort in the island of Cozumel, Quintana Roo, Mexico.
